My husband and I live in a two bedroom apartment in Milwaukee, WI. We live on a noisy, busy, bright corner one one of the main thoroughfares in the area. All that put together doesn't sound very appealing. But, it is. We love it. Sometimes we have to turn the TV up or talk a little louder. We can hear the train a block away, and there are always lines of traffic right out our window. We actually wish we lived even more in the city (or in downtown Chicago). We have made this little apartment, home. I'm so thankful that my husband is into decorating, but still lets me have my style. He helps me with my collections (teapots, old mason jars, cameras, and wooden spoons) and is a handyman when I need him to saw, paint, drill, or hang anything.
